Two exceptional individuals, Tinke Greyling and Michael Tornatore, were recognized by Automotive News' esteemed, annual “40 Under 40” list for their outstanding leadership and achievements in the auto retail industry.
Tineke (age 34) is the Business Accounting Manager at All American Chevrolet of Killeen and Meador CDJR in Texas. She has been instrumental in solving challenges at her stores, and her keen sense of detail has resulted in significant savings through innovative chargeback tracking.
Michael (age 39) is the General Manager at BMW of Ramsey and Mini of Ramsey in New Jersey, where he has been a driver of exceptional growth. His expertise in assembling the right teams and embracing digital retail technology resulted in substantial increases in service volumes and used-vehicle sales.
Tina and Michael are trailblazers for Lithia & Driveway who will continue to elevate performance and profits as we pursue our 2025 Plan to achieve $50 billion in annual revenue.
Gina Morse Wins 2023 HR Leadership Award
The Portland Business Journal presented Gina Morse, Director of Employee Relations & HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Pacific Northwest Region, with a 2023 HR Leadership Award at an award ceremony in Portland, Oregon.
Over her 16-year tenure, Gina’s professional rise within the ranks of Lithia & Driveway has paralleled the company’s exceptional growth in the automotive retail industry and only strengthened our overarching mission of Growth Powered by People.
Gina’s strategic vision has been instrumental in reinventing the company’s HR structure to support the 2025 Plan. She also has been highly instrumental in adopting the HRBP model to foster stronger regional leader relationships and supporting a technical school partnership program to nurture a pipeline of skilled service technicians to regional stores.
Kara Sepulveda Selected as Risk All Star
Risk Insurance Magazine recognized Kara Sepulveda as a 2023 Risk All Star, touting her outstanding accomplishments in overcoming challenges through exceptional problem-solving, creativity, perseverance, and passion.
Kara joined Lithia & Driveway in 2022 as its Senior Risk Manager. In her short tenure, she introduced an RMIS system that streamlined processes between corporate and dealership operations. This resulted in faster claims processing (from 19 to 7 days) and a 15% increase in closed claims, benefiting both employees and the company's bottom line. Her proactive approach to claims and case management fosters a positive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
