Bryan B. DeBoer
President, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming CEO, Bryan B. DeBoer was Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions/Operations and then Chief Operating Officer driving the growth of Lithia and transforming the Company culture to an entrepreneurial and high-performance model. Upon joining Lithia in 1989, Mr. DeBoer grew through the store positions of Finance Manager, Used Vehicle Manager, General Sales Manager, GeneralManager and multi-store General Manager. Mr. DeBoer has a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Southern Oregon University in Business Administration. He also graduated from the National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Academy.
Mr.DeBoer has been our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President since 2012 and first became a director in 2008. Mr. DeBoer’s store experience, passion for mergers and acquisitions and demonstrated ability to develop strong manufacturer relationships drive our growth. His enthusiasm for the car business combined with a visionary spirit set the tone for our innovative and entrepreneurial culture.
Chris Holzshu
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Christopher S. Holzshu is our Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as Executive Vice President, leading regional platforms and operations teams from 2016-2019. This followed six years as Chief Financial Officer (2010-2016) and time spent as Chief Human Resources Officer.
As Executive VicePresident, Mr. Holzshu demonstrated a broad understanding of store operations, integrating acquisitions and growing platforms in step with our strategic aspirations.
As CFO, he used his accounting and financial acumen to develop our performance management system.
Throughout his career with Lithia he has gained a deep understanding of the operations of our stores and a special talent for relating to individuals at all levels of the organization.
Mr. Holzshu joined Lithia in 2003 as Director of Accounting after working on our external audit team at KPMG LLP, where he specialized in automotive manufacturing and retail sectors. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alaska and is a licensed CPA.
Tina Miller
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Tina Miller is our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, leading the accounting, tax, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, risk management, and treasury functions. She joined Lithia in 2005 working in internal audit and corporate accounting before being promoted to Corporate Controller in 2015 and Vice President in 2018. Before Lithia, Tina worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young in their assurance practice. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Oregon.
David Stork
Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
David Stork serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Before coming to Lithia & Driveway, David worked as General Counsel and Head of Compliance at JELD-WEN. Inc, as well as working as General Counsel and Director of risk management for a large retailer, Krause Gentle Companies.
His expertise in innovation, diversification, risk management, compliance, mergers and acquisitions and the enhancement of intellectual property are beneficial as Lithia grows and diversifies. David has a bachelor's degree from Luther College in Literature and Economics as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Marguerite Celeste
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Marguerite Celeste serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Marguerite is an alum of NBC Universal, Dream Works Animation, The Walt Disney Company, and Lithia Motors. From 2011 to 2013, she served as Director of Creative Services, embracing our mission and core values, particularly to Earn customers for life. Marguerite embodies the insights and innovative acumen necessary to continue to reimagine and catapult Lithia & Driveway to the next level of delighting the consumer. Her strong background in brand management, voice of customer, operational excellence, and creativity connect a vibrant voice to the company's vision to provide consumers with personal transportation solutions wherever, whenever, and however they desire.
Chuck Lietz
Vice President, Driveway Finance
Chuck Lietz serves as the Vice President, Finance overseeing Lithia's captive finance company for the financing of vehicles sold throughout Lithia's various channels. Prior to coming to Lithia Motors. Inc. Chuck worked as the Managing Director of U.S .Bank's Dealer Commercial Services group and as the Business Office Director for Precision Interconnect, a division of Tyco lnternational's medical products group.
His extensive background in financial operations, risk management, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership are well suited for Lithia as it looks to grow and expand its finance operations, products, and store support. Chuck has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Portland as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Washington State University.
Tom Naso
Senior Vice President, Operations
Tom Naso serves as Senior Vice President of Operations. Previously, Tom served as a Lithia & Driveway Group Vice President, where he excelled in transitioning our new acquisitions teams quickly, helping them to thrive in a high-performance environment while embracing our core values. Before joining Lithia &Driveway, Tom built his industry experience as a store owner, a partner at a large Southern California store, and an automotive consultant. In his current role, Tom oversees Operations in the Southeast, as well as California, Florida, New Mexico, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C.—and wherever our mission of Growth powered by people takes him. Tom served honorably in the U.S. Air Force and received his education at the USAF Air University and Nova Southeastern University, focusing on Legal Studies.
Bryan Osterhout
Senior Vice President, Operations
Bryan Osterhout is a Senior Vice President leading a substantial group of stores throughout the Northwest U.S. and Alaska. He joined Lithia over 20 years ago as the General Manager of Eugene Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mr. Osterhout exhibited his entrepreneurial spirit early, borrowing money from his family to start a used car dealership when he was only 21 years old. Now, he inspires that same passion for operational performance and leadership throughout many of our stores. Mr.Osterhout studied economics and marketing for four years at the University of Oregon.
George Hines
Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer
George Hines is our Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation & Technology Officer. Before joining Lithia Motors Inc., George held technology and innovation leadership roles at Massage Envy Franchising and Viad Corp. Early in his career, he worked with Deloitte Consulting as well as Ernst & Young Management Consulting, where he advised clients in the telecommunications industry.
George brings a great deal of talent and passion for the creation of delightful, frictionless experiences and innovative technologies. Additionally, he brings a global view to his work having lived and worked in Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Spain and the United Kingdom. As CTIO, George is focused on leveraging technology todrive innovation in our business and exploring new capabilities to transformthe customer and employee experience. He holds a B.S. in MIS from Millikin University and has most recently completed studies in the Stanford school for Design Thinking and Innovation.
Scott Hillier
Senior Vice President, Operations
Scott A. Hillier has been Senior Vice President of Operations since 2008, for which he oversees store leadership. Mr. Hillier joined Lithia in 1986, working in our stores in roles including Finance Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and multi-store General Manager. He was an initial leader of our store acquisition efforts. Mr. Hillier quickly developed a reputation for identifying talent and building teams which led to his promotion to Vice President of Human Resources in 2003. In his current role, Mr. Hillier helps foster our value of taking personal ownership for performance while mentoring store leadership including the Lithia Partners Group. Mr. Hillier graduated from Southern Oregon University with a S.S. in Inter-Disciplinary Studies.
