In support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lithia & Driveway held its Third Annual “Men Wear Pink” Golf Tournament on October 3 & 4, 2025, in Springfield, Oregon—raising over $132,000 in the fight against breast cancer!

Our dedicated volunteers and employees hosted this exciting, two-day event, which drew over 125 team members from dealerships and support teams across Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

On Friday, everyone enjoyed a dinner program at the Gordon Hotel, where we honored event sponsors, shared stories, and introduced the tournament’s honoree, Bradley, who is a breast cancer survivor.

Bradley’s Story

Bradley shared how at 47 she discovered a tiny lump and was told “it was probably nothing.” She insisted on a biopsy, and after a cancer diagnosis, she chose her treatments.

Happily, Bradley’s been cancer-free for seven years. She urged everyone to “trust your instincts—if something feels wrong, see a doctor and don’t accept ‘it’s probably nothing.’”

On Saturday, the golf tournament featured 30 teams—consisting of LAD team members, executives, vendors, and sponsors—all decked out in their “Men Wear Pink” costumes:

Everyone’s a Winner

We’re so grateful to the more than 100 employees who took a swing against breast cancer in a spirit of camaraderie and community. Several vendors and sponsors joined us, too!

“I want to say how meaningful it is to seethe LAD family rallying around a cause that touches so many lives. I was honored to be there and look forward to the great relationship we’ve started—not just in business, but in the shared mission to do good.”

Thank You to our Amazing Volunteers & Employees

We couldn’t have had such a successful event without the help of dozens of employee-volunteers who worked relentlessly on making sure every detail was in place. We also recognize Matt Sidman, our U.S. Northwest Fixed Operations Director, whose heartfelt drive to fight breast cancer inspired him to become an ambassador for the American Cancer Society.
