Financial Wellness Week
Lithia and Driveway employs over 20,000 individuals across a broad range of ages, geographies, and financial backgrounds.
In July, we hosted Financial Wellness Week, to provide useful and valuable information to team members on retirement planning; preparing for home ownership; investment options though our 401(k) plan; and more. Over 700 attendees joined webinars from our financial partners such as Bank of America.
Health and Wellness Fairs
In September, LAD hosted two employee Health and Wellness Fairs in Tigard and Medford. These annual events, eagerly anticipated by employees, are both informative and fun.
Our benefits, wellness, and community partners set up booths to share information in both locations on how to get the most from their benefits and perks to improve their employee experience. Team members were also able to learn about volunteer opportunities in their area, providing opportunities to give back.
In addition to useful information, attendees also had the chance to win fun prizes like Apple Watches, paddle boards, and more. Free swag and healthy snacks completed the package.
