Every year, May marks Mental Health Awareness Month – and in 2022, LAD set a goal of increasing our participation with more educational materials and resources for all team members.
This past May, LAD hosted four webinars on mental health topics that reached over 1,500 employees. They focused on developing a growth mindset; caring for mental health; overcoming burnout with mental resiliency; and breaking the silence on suicide.
Additional information was circulated after each session to help team members: manage their mental health, support their loved ones, and find additional resources if needed.
This series of webinars had higher attendance than any previous Benefits webinar. We received outstanding feedback from our team members and look forward to adding even more events next year.
