At the start of 2023,LAD launched a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through SupportLink, a division of CuraLink. This new, enhanced, EAP was chosen to provide top-notch care to benefit all of our team members’ overall well-being.
The new EAP has a particular focus on mental health. It provides employees access to in-the-moment support, short-term counseling, financial expertise, legal consultations, and other convenient resources and referrals.
Since the start of2023, our EAP webpage has already been accessed over 2,000 times, and employees have created over 90 care cases.
