LAD’s Learning Club shows our company’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Each month, Learning Club features a different learning theme, culminating in monthly sessions where colleagues discuss what they’ve learned and share their knowledge with others. Learning Club is also a platform for networking and cross-functioning team building.
By offering opportunities for engagement through breakout groups and activities, LearningClub creates a stimulating and engaging learning environment – and helps build bridges across the company. The initiative regularly connects store team members to support group team members they may not normally meet.
Our Leader Talks program continued in 2023 with an exciting session led by Carol Deacon, SeniorVice President of Driveway and GreenCars. This session focused on updates toDriveway and its strategy, and featured a panel of store leaders discussing how to maximize Driveway’s partnership with the stores. Over 345 employees attended this session, while all employees are able to access the recording through theLearning Center. The session also reached over 35% of the stores.
