In 2023, we are united by the theme “The Power of Us.” Inspired by LAD’s mission of Growth Powered byPeople, the theme reminds us that we can thrive as individuals yet excel as a team. By leveraging individual strengths and collaborating with teams and networks, we can accelerate our mission of growth together while sustaining our high-performance culture.
Lithia & Driveway’s Talent Development team launched the annual Women LEAD program in March with a total of four events. The finale was live streamed from the Lithia Home Office in Medford, which invited employees to attend in person for the conference followed by networking activities, a photo booth, and a luncheon.
While available to our entire team virtually, employees in the Medford area were thrilled to have the chance to attend a Women LEAD session in person, which has not been offered since 2019. Over 245 employees participated in the session this year, while all team members are able to access recorded sessions in the Lithia LearningCenter.
In conjunction withWomen LEAD, Lithia & Driveway’s Talent Development team also held a contest in March, which celebrated female colleagues by posting on LinkedIn about admired colleagues. Ten winners were chosen from this contest, received gift cards, and were highlighted in the Women LEAD program emails.
