Every year, the Portland Business Journal ranks Oregon’s Healthiest Employers through a nomination process. The program’s goal is to recognize companies that value the health and wellness of their employees as much as a robust bottom line.
For 2022, Lithia & Driveway ranked #2 in the Healthiest Employers for Oregon with more than 5,000 employees! This was the second consecutive time we have made the list, moving up from #5 in 2021.

Going through the award process each year not only highlights the competitive benefits and well-being programs that we offer, but it also helps us focus on areas where we can Improve Constantly and adapt to the changing needs of our workforce.
We are excited to be recognized, once more, as a Healthiest Employer of Oregon and look forward to seeing the results of the Top 100 HealthiestEmployers of America, which will be announced in October 2023.
